1. Introduction

Welcome to Rajan Bookings. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and platform. By accessing our website, booking a trip, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. Rajan Bookings is a premium Travel ERP Platform offering domestic and international travel packages, flights, hotels, and custom itineraries.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when we receive the required initial deposit and you receive a formal booking confirmation email with your booking reference number. Until then, any quote provided is subject to availability and price changes.

2.2 Payment Schedule:
- Initial Deposit: 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservations.
- Interim Payment: 50% of the total cost is due 45 days before the departure date.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to departure.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

2.3 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfers, and standard UPI/digital wallets. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice. Bank charges or international transaction fees are the responsibility of the traveler.

2.4 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier tariff increases. However, once your booking is fully paid, the price is guaranteed (excluding government-imposed taxes).

3. Cancellation Policy (Summary)

We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed information. Standard cancellation fees apply based on the proximity to the departure date. Processing of refunds is subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Travel Documents & Visas

4.1 Passports: All travelers must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return.

4.2 Visas and Permits: It is entirely your responsibility to obtain all necessary visas, permits, and travel documents required for your itinerary. Rajan Bookings can provide guidance and visa assistance services, but we are not liable for any visa rejections or entry denials.

4.3 Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that the names provided at the time of booking exactly match those on the travelers' passports. Any fees incurred due to name changes or corrections will be borne by you.

5. Liability & Responsibility

Rajan Bookings acts solely as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Rajan Bookings and its employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity, or any claim whatsoever resulting from the acts or omissions of any such suppliers.

We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to weather delays, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, or any acts of God (Force Majeure). We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

6. Changes to Itinerary

6.1 Changes by You: If you wish to change your itinerary after booking, we will make every effort to accommodate you, subject to availability. Amendment fees may apply, along with any additional costs imposed by suppliers.

6.2 Changes by Us: We reserve the right to alter itineraries, substitute hotels of equal or higher quality, or modify transport arrangements if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes as early as possible.

7. Health & Safety

You must ensure you are medically fit for travel. It is your responsibility to check and fulfill any health requirements, including vaccinations, for the destinations you are visiting. If you have any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility issues, you must inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements, though we cannot guarantee all requests can be accommodated.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, India].
